Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or no-shows, may be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. Repeat late cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings. Appointments can be modified or cancelled through the online booking system or by calling/texting (514) 865-5147.
Gift Certificates & Packages
Gift certificates and packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. Expiry dates and promotional details will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. We do not offer cash refunds on gift certificates or pre-purchased packages under any circumstances.
Service Refunds
Services rendered are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us directly at info@savara.ca and we will do our best to address your concerns. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work to find an appropriate resolution.
Product Returns
Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if unopened and in original condition. We do not accept returns on opened skincare products for health and hygiene reasons. Please contact us before returning any product.
