By using our services or platform, you agree to the following.
Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked online through the SAVARA website or by phone/text at (514) 865-5147. Once booked, you'll receive a confirmation message with your appointment details. Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to relax before your treatment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect other clients' appointments.
Payments
All payments are due at the time of service. Accepted methods: credit card, debit, cash, or e-transfer. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes.
Health, Safety & Standards
Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your session. Some treatments may not be suitable for certain health conditions. Our therapists reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if it may be unsafe. Infrared sauna and steam shower use are at the client's discretion , hydration before and after sessions is strongly recommended. SAVARA maintains a professional and respectful environment at all times. Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment due.
Liability & Consent
By booking online or by phone, clients agree to these terms and consent to receive professional wellness treatments for relaxation and skincare purposes. Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with services and facilities, and agree to release SAVARA and its practitioner(s) from any liability resulting from injury, loss, or damages during or after treatment.
Platform Use
By using the SAVARA platform , including purchasing packages, gift certificates, or any products , you agree to all terms stated herein. These terms apply to all digital interactions, bookings, and purchases made through savara.ca or associated platforms.
